Well, it turns out that it looks like the secure connection I had on the previous desktop that had a specific name is gone. Now, the connection on the new desktop is just generically called "Network" and it says it is unsecured. This is definitely our linksys connection. Guest networks are UNSECURED on all Linksys routers. However you will need a password to access the internet. Why Linksys chose this method, I have no idea. That's one reason these routers should not be placed in a public area, home use only. All other manufacturers have full WPA2-AES security on their guest networks.
